Puravankara’s wholly owned subsidiary Provident Housing has launched Phase 6 of its Provident Equinox residential project in Bengaluru, adding another phase to the development in the city’s Mysore Road corridor.

The latest phase has been registered with the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) under registration number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/180926/008948. The registration marks the formal launch of the new phase as Provident Housing continues to expand its residential portfolio in Bengaluru.

Provident Equinox is located along the Mysore Road corridor, which has emerged as an important residential market in western Bengaluru. The wider area, including Kengeri, has seen infrastructure development and continued housing activity, supporting demand for residential projects.

The Phase 6 launch comes amid strong operating performance for Puravankara. The company reported pre-sales of ₹1,439 crore during the first quarter of Financial Year 2026–27, representing a 28% year-on-year increase. Sales volume during the quarter rose 9% to 1.36 million sq. ft.

The company’s average sales realisation also increased during the quarter. It stood at ₹10,589 per sq. ft., an 18% year-on-year increase, according to the data cited in the report.

Provident Housing operates as Puravankara’s residential brand focused on the affordable luxury and mid-income segments. The launch of another phase at an established township allows the developer to build on an existing project ecosystem while continuing sales in a location where residential demand is already established.

The Bengaluru expansion also comes as Puravankara pursues development opportunities across the city. In June 2026, the company signed a joint development agreement for a 6.4-acre land parcel in Sarjapur, with an estimated gross development value of ₹1,000 crore. The company also acquired a 9.73-acre parcel in North Bengaluru’s airport corridor, with an estimated gross development value of ₹800 crore.

The Phase 6 launch adds to Provident Equinox’s development pipeline and strengthens Provident Housing’s presence in Bengaluru’s western residential market. Further sales performance and buyer response will determine the pace at which the new phase gains traction.
