Puravankara Limited reported a strong increase in revenue for the second quarter of the 2026–27 financial year, with its Q2 revenue rising 60.25% year-on-year to ₹1,032 crore. The Bengaluru-based real estate developer had recorded revenue of ₹644 crore during the corresponding quarter last year.

The latest performance reflects improved project execution and continued progress in handing over residential units to customers. The company also reported higher revenue compared with the preceding quarter, indicating sustained operational momentum during the first half of FY27.

Revenue Growth Builds on a Strong First Quarter

Puravankara had reported revenue of ₹877 crore in the first quarter of FY27, compared with ₹539 crore in the same period of the previous financial year. This represented year-on-year growth of approximately 63%.

With Q2 revenue reaching ₹1,032 crore, the company has maintained its growth momentum across consecutive quarters. Revenue in the September quarter was also higher than the ₹877 crore recorded in the June quarter, reflecting continued execution across its residential project portfolio.

For real estate developers, revenue performance is closely linked to construction progress, project completion and the formal handover of homes. The latest numbers indicate that Puravankara has continued to recognise revenue through project deliveries while progressing with its development activities.

Project Execution Remains a Key Growth Driver

The increase in quarterly revenue comes at a time when residential demand remains an important driver for India’s real estate sector. Developers are focusing on timely project completion, customer handovers and new launches to maintain business growth.

Puravankara’s latest performance highlights the importance of execution in translating housing demand into recognised revenue. A consistent delivery schedule can also support collections and improve cash flow visibility, particularly as developers manage multiple projects across different markets.

The company had reported Q1 FY27 pre-sales of ₹1,439 crore, alongside revenue of ₹877 crore and a net profit of ₹25 crore. It also announced land additions with an estimated gross development value of ₹5,200 crore during the period.

FY27 Outlook in Focus

Puravankara has set a full-year FY27 sales guidance target of ₹11,200 crore. Achieving this target will depend on the company’s ability to sustain customer demand, execute ongoing projects and maintain the pace of new project launches.

The latest Q2 revenue growth provides a positive indication of operational progress. However, construction costs, approval timelines and labour availability remain important factors that could influence project schedules and profitability.

As the Indian housing market continues to evolve, Puravankara’s ability to convert its project pipeline into timely deliveries will remain a key factor to watch in the coming quarters.
