Brigade Group Signs JDA For ₹850 Crore Residential Project In Hyderabad

Brigade Group has strengthened its Hyderabad growth strategy by signing a Joint Development Agreement to develop a residential project on a 5.6-acre land parcel in Kompally, one of the emerging residential locations in North Hyderabad. The proposed project has an estimated revenue potential of ₹850 crore, according to the company.

The Bengaluru-based listed real estate developer said the project will cater to the rising demand for high-quality, sustainable and modern homes in North Hyderabad. Kompally has been gaining attention from homebuyers due to improving connectivity, expanding social infrastructure and its proximity to key employment and commercial zones.

Hyderabad has become an important growth market for Brigade Group as the city continues to benefit from strong economic momentum led by technology, infrastructure and commercial development. The company said it will continue to focus on strategically located land parcels that offer strong growth potential and align with its governance standards.

As part of its larger expansion plan, Brigade Group is planning to deploy around ₹5,000 crore in Hyderabad over the next three to four years across residential, commercial, hospitality and retail segments. This investment plan reflects the company’s confidence in the long-term demand outlook of the city’s real estate market.

Brigade Group has already built a growing presence in Hyderabad through projects such as Brigade at No.7 in Banjara Hills, Brigade Citadel in Moti Nagar, Brigade Gateway at Neopolis, Brigade Enclave and Brigade Manor in Moti Nagar. The latest Kompally project adds another important residential development to its city portfolio.

The company had also recently acquired a 5.72-acre land parcel in Hyderabad through an auction conducted by the Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation. That land parcel is expected to be developed into a premium residential project.

With the new JDA in Kompally, Brigade Group is expanding its footprint in North Hyderabad while strengthening its overall presence in the city. The project is expected to support demand from buyers looking for modern housing options in a fast-growing urban corridor.
