Hyatt Expands Bengaluru Presence with Two New Brigade Group Hotels

Hyatt Hotels Corporation has signed management agreements for two new Hyatt Regency hotels in Bengaluru in partnership with entities of Brigade Group. The projects will add a combined 600 rooms to the city’s hospitality pipeline, strengthening its position as a major destination for business travel, corporate meetings and large events.

Announced on October 26, 2026, the developments will be located at Brigade Global Park and Brigade Group’s upcoming integrated township on Whitefield-Kadugodi Road. Both properties will form part of larger mixed-use developments combining hospitality with other commercial and urban uses.

The first property, Hyatt Regency Bengaluru at Brigade Global Park, will be developed within the 25-acre Global Park project, an integrated business and advanced engineering ecosystem. The hotel is planned to feature approximately 350 rooms and suites, alongside around 25,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The facilities are expected to cater to corporate gatherings, conferences and business travellers, while also serving leisure guests.

The second hotel, Hyatt Regency Bengaluru on Whitefield-Kadugodi Road, is planned to have approximately 250 rooms and suites. Its event infrastructure will include a ballroom spanning more than 10,000 square feet, along with a pre-function area and additional meeting spaces. The property will also offer multiple dining options and facilities for business and social events.

Both hotels are expected to include all-day dining restaurants, speciality restaurants, grab-and-go options, rooftop bars, pool bars and fitness facilities. These amenities reflect the growing emphasis on integrated hospitality developments that combine accommodation, dining and event spaces within a single destination.

For Bengaluru, the agreements come as the city continues to attract corporate travellers through its technology sector, commercial districts and expanding business ecosystem. Hotels within mixed-use developments can serve multiple customer groups, including company executives, conference delegates, event attendees and leisure visitors.

The projects also deepen the relationship between Hyatt and Brigade Group. Brigade has an established presence in real estate and hospitality, while Hyatt operates an international hotel portfolio across several brands and market segments.

Neither hotel’s opening date has been announced. Once developed, the two properties are expected to broaden the availability of premium accommodation in Bengaluru and strengthen the city’s capacity to host business meetings, conferences and social celebrations.

The agreements add to the ongoing development of Bengaluru’s hospitality market, where hotel projects increasingly form part of larger commercial and integrated township plans.
