JW Marriott Hotel to Anchor Rs 3,500-Crore Aratt One World Township in Bengaluru’s Electronic City

Marriott International has entered into an agreement with Aratt One World, the real estate arm of Aratt Developers, to launch a world-class 370-key JW Marriott Hotel in Bengaluru’s Electronic City. The project marks a major milestone for both brands as it combines international hospitality excellence with local real estate expertise.

The upcoming JW Marriott Hotel will be a part of a sprawling 43-acre mixed-use township being developed by Aratt One World at an investment of around Rs 3,500 crore. The integrated township is designed to include premium residential spaces, Grade A commercial offices, co-living facilities, and extensive hospitality infrastructure, catering to a modern urban lifestyle.

Spanning a total built-up area of 4.5 million sq. ft., the development will be executed in three phases. The first phase, covering 1.8 million sq. ft., is expected to be completed within the next three years, while the entire township is scheduled to be ready by 2030.

The JW Marriott Hotel will feature multiple fine-dining options, a wellness and spa zone, expansive event and banquet spaces measuring 3,480 sq. m, and a range of premium amenities aimed at both business and leisure travellers. This addition reinforces Marriott’s growing footprint in India’s hospitality landscape, especially in high-demand business districts like Bengaluru’s Electronic City.

In addition to the Bengaluru project, Aratt One World has revealed plans for two more Marriott-branded properties in Coorg and Chikmagalur, further strengthening its luxury development portfolio across South India.

With Bengaluru continuing to attract global investors, technology firms, and startups, the Aratt One World Township, anchored by JW Marriott is expected to emerge as a key lifestyle and business hub in the city’s southern corridor.

The collaboration between Marriott International and Aratt One World signifies a strong commitment to redefining urban living and hospitality standards in India’s fast-evolving real estate sector.
