Sobha Limited has reported its strongest-ever half-year sales, with the Bengaluru-headquartered real estate developer recording sales worth ₹5,862 crore during the First Half of Financial Year 2026–27.

The company’s sales value increased 47.2% compared with the corresponding period of the previous financial year, supported by new project launches and continued demand across key residential markets.

Sobha sold 3.76 million square feet of residential space during the first half, covering 2,260 homes. Sales volume increased 32.4% year-on-year, indicating that the growth was supported by higher volumes alongside new project activity.

Bengaluru remained the company’s largest market, contributing ₹3,385 crore to first-half sales. The National Capital Region also recorded a significant contribution of ₹1,974 crore, highlighting the importance of the two markets to Sobha’s overall sales performance.

The company launched five projects during the first half, adding 7.91 million square feet of saleable area to its development pipeline. These projects, located across Bengaluru, Gurgaon and Calicut, have an estimated sales potential of ₹11,200 crore.

During the Second Quarter of Financial Year 2026–27, Sobha recorded sales worth ₹2,206 crore. The quarter saw 1.42 million square feet sold across 828 residential units. Sobha’s share of the quarterly sales value stood at ₹1,882 crore, representing a 16% year-on-year increase.

The company also completed 1,391 homes covering 2.56 million square feet of saleable area during the first half. Project completions remain an important part of the company’s execution cycle as newly launched developments progress towards delivery.

The latest performance follows a strong first quarter, when Sobha recorded sales of ₹3,656 crore, its highest-ever quarterly sales value at that time. The company had sold 2.34 million square feet across 1,432 homes during the quarter.

With Bengaluru and the National Capital Region accounting for a large share of sales, the company’s performance remains closely linked to demand in these major urban residential markets. At the same time, the new project launches across multiple locations have expanded its pipeline for the coming periods.

Sobha’s first-half sales performance comes as India’s residential real estate market continues to see activity across major urban centres. The company’s focus now will be on converting its new project pipeline into sales while progressing construction and home deliveries through the remainder of Financial Year 2026–27.
