Interarch Building Solutions has raised its revenue guidance for the Financial Year 2027–28 to ₹2,700 crore, up from its earlier target of ₹2,500 crore, as the company expands manufacturing capacity and sees sustained demand from industrial sectors.
The revised target comes with the company’s order book standing at ₹1,864 crore. Demand is being supported by newer industrial segments, including renewable energy, semiconductor facilities and data centres, which are driving investment in large-scale construction and manufacturing infrastructure.
Interarch reported revenue of ₹459.65 crore in the first quarter of Financial Year 2026–27, representing a 20.7% increase from ₹381 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The company is also stepping up its manufacturing expansion across Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh. Its total manufacturing capacity is projected to reach 3,36,000 metric tonnes by FY27 as new facilities are brought on stream.
As part of its expansion strategy, Interarch has increased the proposed Qualified Institutional Placement size to ₹250 crore from the earlier plan of ₹100 crore. The additional capital is intended to support faster capacity expansion and related capital expenditure.
In July 2026, the company commissioned Phase I of its Gujarat manufacturing facility in Kheda, adding 20,000 metric tonnes of capacity. Interarch has also entered into a joint venture with ER Steel to establish an export-focused unit for open web joist systems.
The company’s expansion comes as demand for pre-engineered buildings continues to grow across industrial and infrastructure applications. Faster construction timelines and the need for large manufacturing, warehousing and data-centre facilities are supporting demand for such structures.
Interarch’s ₹1,864-crore order book provides visibility for upcoming projects, while the planned capacity additions are expected to increase its ability to execute larger orders. However, the pace of commissioning and execution will remain important as the company works towards its revised FY28 revenue target.
With its manufacturing footprint expanding in key industrial markets and demand coming from sectors such as renewable energy, semiconductors and data centres, Interarch is positioning its business around India’s growing industrial construction requirements.
