GK Shetty Tech Parks Launches Techscape Towers on OMR in Chennai

GK Shetty Tech Parks has launched Techscape Towers, a new commercial office development on OMR at Perungudi in Chennai, adding a large-format workspace project to one of the city’s established technology corridors.

The project offers around 3 lakh sq. ft. of built-up space and has been positioned as a premium corporate workspace. The development is located close to the upcoming Kandanchavadi Metro Station, giving occupiers access to the wider OMR business district and its connectivity network.

Techscape Towers has been planned with Basement + Stilt + 9 floors. Each floor offers approximately 30,000 sq. ft. of floor area, providing relatively large and efficient spaces for corporate occupiers.

One of the key features of the development is its 20,000 sq. ft. cafeteria, designed with seating capacity for more than 600 people. The project also includes a smart business centre, along with workplace and common-area facilities intended for corporate users.

Parking infrastructure includes 250 covered car parking spaces and 250 two-wheeler parking spaces. The building is also equipped with six high-speed imported elevators and 100% power backup. Green power availability is another feature highlighted by the developer.

The project has been developed as a corporate workspace rather than a conventional standalone office building, with the design combining workplace infrastructure and employee-oriented amenities. The location in Perungudi places the development within the OMR corridor, which has a concentration of technology companies, commercial buildings and business parks.

The upcoming Kandanchavadi Metro Station is expected to further strengthen public transport connectivity around the project once operational.
