Casagrand has taken a notable step beyond traditional residential development with the launch of Lalaland, a large-scale inflatable entertainment park in Chennai. Spread across 40,000 sq ft along the fast-developing Outer Ring Road corridor, the project reflects the company’s strategic move into experiential real estate, a segment that is gaining traction in urban markets.

Designed as a vibrant candy-themed destination, Lalaland offers an immersive play environment built around more than 15 interconnected inflatable attractions. The park features bounce zones, climbing areas, obstacle courses, and interactive installations, all seamlessly integrated to create a continuous recreational circuit. A key highlight is the 25-foot-high inflatable slide, which adds both visual appeal and excitement to the overall experience.

The project has been developed with a clear focus on high footfall management and operational efficiency. With the ability to accommodate up to 350 visitors per slot, the park operates on structured time slots to ensure smooth visitor flow, especially during peak hours. Safety considerations have also been integrated into the design, with monitored zones and engineered structures catering to different age groups.

Strategically located near Vandalur–Perungalathur with access to GST Road, Lalaland benefits from strong connectivity to major arterial routes including Pallavaram–Kundrathur Road and Poonamallee High Road. This positioning places the park within a growing transit and industrial belt, making it easily accessible for families and groups from across Chennai.

The initiative signals Casagrand’s intent to diversify its portfolio by tapping into lifestyle and entertainment-driven developments. As urban consumers increasingly seek experience-oriented spaces, projects like Lalaland are expected to play a key role in shaping the future of real estate beyond conventional housing.
