Casagrand Launches 41-Acre ‘Highcity’ Residential Township on Chennai Outer Ring Road

Casagrand has announced the launch of ‘Casagrand Highcity’, a large scale residential township located on Chennai’s rapidly developing Outer Ring Road corridor. Spread across 41 acres, the project marks one of the major housing developments in the region and is designed to cater to the growing demand for integrated urban communities in Chennai.

The project will feature more than 4,000 residential units across four high rise towers, each rising up to 22 floors.
