Brigade Group Secures 90-Year Lease for Major IT Infrastructure Development in Technopark Phase I, Kerala

Brigade Group has taken a noteworthy step in strengthening its footprint in South India’s fast-growing technology landscape by signing a 90-year lease with Electronics Technology Parks for an expansive development in Technopark Phase I, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The long-term lease covers 4.859 acres, paving the way for a large-scale integrated project that blends IT infrastructure and hospitality in one of India’s most respected tech ecosystems.
