Shriram Properties to Launch Rs 350-Crore Premium Villament Project in South Bengaluru

Shriram Properties Limited (SPL), one of South India’s leading real estate developers, has announced the signing of a joint development agreement (JDA) for a 5-acre land parcel on Bannerghatta Road in South Bengaluru. The company plans to develop an exclusive premium villament community, estimated to have a gross development value (GDV) of over Rs 350 crore.
