Sumadhura Group Launches Premium Projects in Bengaluru & Hyderabad with Rs 4000 Cr Revenue Potential

Sumadhura Group has unveiled three premium residential projects across Bengaluru and Hyderabad, targeting an estimated revenue of ₹4000 crore. The projects include Sumadhura Epitome in North Bengaluru, Sumadhura Capitol Residences in East Bengaluru, and the ultra-luxury Sumadhura Palais Royale in Hyderabad, marking a significant expansion into high-end real estate.

Project Highlights

Sumadhura Epitome
Located in Rachenahalli near Manyata Tech Park, this Mediterranean-themed project spans 3.5 acres with 438,070 sq-ft of saleable area. It offers 262 units of 2, 3, and 4 BHK homes across three 14-floor towers. With lush green spaces, 200 tree species, and 1.8 acres of open areas, the project blends nature with modernity. Phase one is expected by 2027, with a revenue target of ₹500 crore.

Sumadhura Capitol Residences
Strategically positioned at Hope Farm Junction, Whitefield, the project offers excellent connectivity to ITPL Tech Park and nearby metro stations. Spread over 4.1 acres, it includes four 16-floor towers with 405 units of 1 to 4 BHK homes. The project, offering 663,510 sq-ft of saleable area and 77% open spaces, aims for completion by 2027, generating ₹1000 crore.

Sumadhura Palais Royale
This ultra-luxury project in Hyderabad’s Financial District spans 7.35 acres with a 52-storey tower across three wings. Featuring 523 units of 4 and 5-bedroom residences, it incorporates biophilic design, an 85,000 sq-ft floating clubhouse, and 85% landscaped area. Completion is slated for 2029, targeting ₹2500 crore in revenue.
