Just 15 minutes from Bangalore International Airport, this 25-acre project boasts ten premium towers with 23-24 floors each. The project has a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹1,530 crore and total sales potential of ₹2,070 crore.

Offering 1, 2, 2.5, and 3 BHK vastu-compliant apartments, LivingTree emphasizes comfort, privacy, and sustainability. Features include Juliet balconies, no common walls, and three open sides to optimize ventilation and natural light. Modern amenities such as EV charging stations and renewable energy solutions further enhance its eco-conscious design.

LivingTree integrates over 60 amenities, including two expansive clubhouses spanning over 1 lakh sq. ft., a Futsal field, pet park, gyms, swimming pool, cricket ground, squash courts, and community plazas, offering “double of everything” for unmatched convenience.

A. Mohan Raju, MD & CEO of Kalyani Developers, stated, “North Bengaluru is emerging as a real estate hub. LivingTree reflects our dedication to sustainability, modern design, and quality.
