Ennismore, Accor to launch The Hoxton hotel in Bengaluru by 2026

Ennismore, in collaboration with Accor India and InterGlobe Hotels, has announced the launch of The Hoxton Bengaluru City, marking the entry of the globally recognised lifestyle hospitality brand into the Indian market. The project is scheduled to open in November 2026 and will be located on Richmond Road, one of Bengaluru’s most prominent central business districts.

The upcoming hotel will feature 149 keys and is designed to reflect The Hoxton’s signature blend of contemporary aesthetics and local cultural influences. Room categories such as Roomy, Biggy, and the premium HOMEY suites will cater to a wide range of guests, offering a mix of comfort, functionality, and design-led experiences. The upper floor suites are expected to deliver expansive views of the city while maintaining a residential-style ambiance that aligns with the brand’s global identity.

A strong focus has been placed on food and beverage experiences, which form a key pillar of The Hoxton brand. The hotel will include a vibrant lobby restaurant and bar that will act as a social hub throughout the day, encouraging both guests and locals to engage with the space. Additionally, the rooftop will host Fi’lia, the brand’s Italian dining concept, along with a poolside venue designed to elevate Bengaluru’s social and lifestyle scene.

The project will also introduce The Apartment, a flexible meeting and events space that can accommodate up to 240 guests, making it suitable for both corporate and social gatherings. This aligns with the growing demand for versatile hospitality spaces in urban centres like Bengaluru.

Beyond infrastructure, the hotel aims to integrate deeply with the local community by collaborating with artists and creators, adding a unique cultural dimension to the guest experience. The launch also supports the broader expansion strategy of Accor and InterGlobe, which aims to develop 300 hotels across India by 2030.
