Primus Senior Living Partners with Gopalan Enterprises for ₹450 Crore Senior Living Project in Bengaluru

Primus Senior Living has announced a strategic partnership with Gopalan Enterprises to develop a premium senior living project in Bengaluru, marking another significant step in India’s evolving residential landscape. The project, named Primus Olympia, is being developed with an estimated investment of ₹450 crore and is designed exclusively for individuals aged 55 and above.

Located within the expansive 16-acre Gopalan Olympia Sports City township in Kumbalgodu, off Mysore Road in South Bengaluru, the development aims to redefine senior living by combining comfort, accessibility, and community-focused design. The project will feature two residential towers offering thoughtfully planned 2BHK and 3BHK homes, with the capacity to accommodate more than 300 senior families.

One of the key highlights of Primus Olympia is its ready-to-move positioning, addressing a major gap in India’s senior housing market where many projects face long construction timelines. The developers have indicated that the project is expected to be ready for possession within six months, making it an attractive option for immediate occupancy.

The location offers strong connectivity advantages, including proximity to the Challaghatta Metro Station, ensuring seamless access to major parts of Bengaluru. In addition, residents will benefit from nearby social infrastructure such as healthcare facilities, retail hubs, and entertainment zones, enhancing overall convenience and quality of life.
