Prestige Group Offloads First Mumbai Projects, Inaugurates 700 Residences and 130 Offices

Prestige Group has formally opened its first batch of projects in Mumbai with the handover of three high-profile projects in the city, marking a milestone following its entry into Mumbai in 2022. The projects collectively cover 2.8 million sq. ft and comprise almost 700 premium residential units and 130 commercial office spaces to be handed over in the next few months.

The initiatives comprise Siesta at The Prestige City in Mulund, and Prestige Jasdan Classic and Prestige Turf Tower, both in Mahalaxmi.

Siesta at The Prestige City, Mulund is one component of a bigger integrated township at Yogi Hills. The 54-storey residential tower has 462 sky-lounge apartments and a multi-level clubhouse that is filled with lifestyle amenities. As a family-oriented luxury product, it introduces high-rise living to Mulund with sweeping views and luxurious interiors.

Prestige Jasdan Classic, a 45-storey boutique luxury development in Mahalaxmi, features 233 residences built on a 2-acre parcel. Facilities in the complex include a pool, gym, kids’ play area, banquet hall, squash and badminton courts, and a multi-purpose arena. The complex seeks to reframe city-center living in terms of sophisticated lifestyle amenities and quality architecture.

On the commercial front, Prestige Turf Tower, also in Mahalaxmi, introduces Grade A office space with views of the iconic Mahalaxmi Race Course. The project is part of Prestige’s push into Mumbai’s premium commercial real estate market.
