Otis India to install next-generation elevators in My Home Group’s high-rise luxury projects in Hyderabad

Otis India, a subsidiary of Otis Worldwide Corporation, has secured a major contract from My Home Group to provide next-generation elevator solutions for three of its premium residential developments in Hyderabad. The agreement reinforces Otis India’s leadership in vertical transportation solutions and highlights Hyderabad’s growing prominence as a hub for luxury high-rise living.

Under this partnership, Otis India will install 169 high-speed elevator systems designed to deliver world-class performance, reliability, and a smooth ride experience. The installations will be spread across My Home Group’s landmark residential projects — My Home 99, My Home Akrida, and My Home Grava Residences.

The iconic My Home 99, rising to 234 metres, will stand among Hyderabad’s tallest residential towers, reflecting the city’s modern skyline. My Home Akrida will feature 12 towers, each designed to redefine premium community living, while My Home Grava Residences will include seven towers, one of which will exceed 54 storeys, showcasing the growing trend of vertical expansion in India’s real estate market.
