DAC Developers Expands Chennai Presence With New Office And ₹250 Crore Growth Plan

DAC Developers has taken another significant step in its growth journey by inaugurating a new office on Chennai’s Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR), one of the city’s fastest-growing residential and information technology corridors. The expansion reflects the company’s focus on strengthening its presence in key real estate markets while exploring new opportunities for future development.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by Gaurav Kumar, Founder and CEO of Yubi Group, and Sathish Kumar Santhanam, Founder and Managing Director of DAC Developers. The new office is expected to support the company’s expanding operations across Chennai’s southern growth corridor, which continues to witness strong demand for residential developments driven by the IT and services sectors.

A major highlight of the event was the announcement of a proposed partnership between DAC Developers and Yubi Group to establish a ₹250 crore platform dedicated to land acquisition opportunities. The proposed platform is expected to be developed over the next year and will support the company’s future project pipeline across strategic locations.

The partnership builds on an existing relationship between the two organisations. Yubi Group has previously facilitated funding worth ₹66 crore for DAC Developers through two transactions in Chennai. Both companies are currently working on finalising the structure and terms of the new investment platform.

In addition to the office inauguration, DAC Developers also launched its latest residential project, DAC Cambridge. The development is inspired by the architectural character of Cambridge in England and is designed to offer a distinctive living experience within Chennai’s evolving residential market.

Located along the OMR corridor, the project will feature landscaped open spaces, thoughtfully planned residential units, and lifestyle-oriented amenities aimed at modern homebuyers. The launch aligns with the growing preference for premium housing developments in areas supported by strong infrastructure and employment growth.
