Awfis Space Solutions is expanding its premium flexible workspace presence across major Indian business centres, adding approximately 1.45 lakh square feet of chargeable office space in Pune, Bengaluru and Mumbai. The expansion comes as companies increasingly look for professionally managed offices that offer flexibility, modern facilities and access to established commercial locations.

The latest additions are located at Punyaee Business Square (PBS) in Pune, Prestige Tech Forest in Bengaluru and Lodha i-Think in Mumbai. Designed to serve modern enterprises, global capability centres (GCCs) and large corporates, the centres strengthen Awfis’ presence in the premium office segment.

The new facilities add to the company’s growing portfolio of Grade A+ workspaces. They also build on the recent launch of its Elite Centre in Aerocity, New Delhi, which offers approximately 1 lakh square feet of premium workspace. With the Delhi facility included, the cumulative chargeable area across these recent launches stands at around 2.45 lakh square feet.

The expansion reflects Awfis’ broader effort to increase its exposure to higher-end commercial properties. The company is focusing on formats such as Awfis 6.0, Gold and Elite centres, with plans to significantly increase the share of premium and Grade A+ facilities by the end of the 2026–27 financial year.

The new centres offer private offices, coworking desks, meeting rooms, podcast rooms and event spaces. Other features include high-speed connectivity, round-the-clock access and hospitality-led services. Their design incorporates improved acoustics and lighting, wellness-oriented layouts, collaboration areas and technology-enabled workplace experiences.

For businesses, these facilities provide alternatives to conventional office leases, allowing teams to access managed workspaces without taking on the full responsibility of operating an office independently. The availability of different workspace formats also gives companies options to accommodate varying team sizes and working requirements.

Amit Ramani, chairman and managing director of Awfis Space Solutions, said the expansion across Pune, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru and Mumbai would help the company respond to demand for premium workspaces. He also highlighted the focus on Grade A assets and operational efficiency.

The latest additions underline Awfis’ strategy of prioritising quality and design as it expands its flexible workspace network. With established commercial locations and a wider range of managed office options, the company is positioning its premium centres to serve businesses seeking modern workplaces across India’s major corporate markets.
