Embassy Developments has recorded more than ₹1,800 crore in pre-sales at Embassy Origins, its 85-acre residential development in North Bengaluru, highlighting strong early demand for the project.

The development, located north of Yelahanka, was launched on September 16, 2026. Within a week, the project had achieved 62% absorption of the units released for sale, with 477 homes booked across more than 10 lakh sq. ft. of saleable area.

Embassy Origins is being developed in phases, with Phase 1 comprising two RERA-registered residential projects — Embassy Riverine and Embassy South Reserve. Embassy Riverine includes 217 villas in 4, 4.5 and 5 BHK configurations, spread across approximately 1.1 million sq. ft. of saleable area.

Embassy South Reserve comprises 855 apartments ranging from studios to 3.5 BHK homes, with around 1.5 million sq. ft. of saleable area. Together, the two projects account for approximately 2.6 million sq. ft. of residential saleable space.

The project is positioned within North Bengaluru, a market that has seen increasing residential and commercial development supported by the city’s expanding airport corridor and business ecosystem. Embassy Origins is approximately 20 minutes from Kempegowda International Airport, according to the company.

A notable feature of the development is its focus on integrating natural elements into the master plan. Around 41 acres have been planned as a central riparian corridor following the site’s natural slope and water systems. The development will also feature five interconnected lakes and approximately 4,000 native trees representing more than 100 species.

The strong launch response adds to Embassy Developments’ recent residential performance in North Bengaluru, where projects including Embassy Greenshore and Embassy Verde Phase II have previously recorded strong sales.

With all required RERA approvals secured before launch, the company is expected to continue execution of Phase 1 while preparing for the next phase of Embassy Origins. The early sales performance also gives the developer visibility into future collections and demand across its wider North Bengaluru residential pipeline.
