MyBranch Expands South India Workspace Network to 50,000 Sq. Ft. Across 14 Cities

MyBranch has expanded its flexible workspace network in South India to 50,000 sq. ft., with 16 centres across 14 cities in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Telangana. The expansion strengthens the company’s presence across some of the region’s key business markets.

The company’s South India network covers a mix of established commercial centres and emerging business destinations. Its presence includes Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Guntur, Hanamkonda, Hubballi, Hyderabad, Madurai, Mangaluru, Rajahmundry, Salem, Tirupati, Vellore, Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam.

MyBranch provides managed and flexible office spaces aimed at enterprises, multinational companies, Global Capability Centres (GCCs), startups and other businesses looking for ready-to-use workplace solutions. The expansion comes as companies continue to assess office requirements based on location, workforce size and flexibility.

A larger office centre in Chennai is also expected to be launched soon, adding another major commercial market to the company’s South India network.

The growth of flexible workspace operators comes amid continued office activity across major southern cities. Bengaluru and Hyderabad accounted for a significant share of office absorption in the first half of 2026, while Chennai also recorded notable leasing activity during the second quarter, according to market data cited by MyBranch.

For businesses, flexible workspaces can provide an alternative to conventional office leasing by offering furnished work environments and managed facilities. Such spaces can also allow companies to expand or reduce their office footprint depending on changing business requirements.

With its latest expansion, MyBranch has increased its geographical reach across four southern states while maintaining a presence in 14 cities. The company’s network gives businesses access to flexible and managed office options across different commercial markets rather than concentrating its operations in a single metropolitan area.

The addition of Chennai is expected to further strengthen the network in Tamil Nadu. Chennai is one of South India’s major commercial and industrial centres, with demand coming from technology companies, services firms, manufacturing businesses and Global Capability Centres.
