Hazoor Multi Projects Ltd has secured a ₹207.45 crore work order from Emerald Haven Life Spaces for construction work linked to a residential project in Chennai, adding a sizeable assignment to the company’s growing project portfolio.

The order covers Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) core and shell works, which form an important part of the structural construction phase of a residential development. According to the company, the project is scheduled to be executed over 30 months.

The latest order strengthens Hazoor Multi Projects’ presence in Chennai’s residential construction market at a time when developers are continuing to add new housing projects across the city and its surrounding growth corridors.

For Hazoor Multi Projects, the contract also provides a substantial addition to its execution pipeline. The ₹207.45 crore order is expected to contribute to the company’s future revenue streams as construction progresses over the 30-month execution period.
