Chennai-based TVS Supply Chain Solutions is setting its sights on a significant expansion in revenue over the next four years, with the company expecting its topline to rise to around ₹16,000–17,000 crore by financial year 2029–30.
The target represents a potential increase of more than 50% from the ₹11,000 crore revenue recorded in financial year 2025–26. The company expects a stronger domestic business to be one of the main drivers of this growth.
According to Managing Director Vikas Chadha, India currently contributes around 30% of the company’s business. This share is expected to increase to about 40% over the next four years as demand for supply chain and logistics services expands in the domestic market.
The company expects around 16% revenue growth in the current financial year. Over the longer term, TVS Supply Chain Solutions is targeting double-digit growth, supported by the structural expansion of the logistics sector and increasing outsourcing of supply chain operations.
The company’s first-quarter performance also showed improving operational momentum. Consolidated revenue rose 28.7% year-on-year to ₹3,335.2 crore. Consolidated net profit stood at ₹22.5 crore, compared with ₹71.1 crore in the year-ago quarter. However, the previous year’s figure included a one-time gain from an InvIT transaction. On an adjusted basis, the company reported an underlying profit growth of about 156%.
Growth was broad-based across its businesses. Integrated Supply Chain Solutions grew 22%, while Global Forwarding Solutions expanded 44%. The India business recorded growth of more than 40%.
The company also recorded its highest-ever quarterly new business wins at ₹543 crore during the quarter. Its order pipeline, valued at more than ₹7,500 crore, provides additional visibility for future growth.
TVS Supply Chain Solutions is also focusing on improving profitability alongside revenue expansion. Adjusted EBITDA increased 34%, while adjusted profit before tax rose 71%. In the Global Forwarding Solutions business, EBITDA margins improved from 2.1% to 4.1%.
With domestic operations gaining a larger share of the business and new contracts supporting future growth, TVS Supply Chain Solutions is positioning India as an increasingly important growth engine for the company through FY30.
