Dev Accelerator Expands Bengaluru Presence with Two Premium Office Assets in Partnership with Prestige Group

The newly acquired assets are located in Bengaluru’s prominent Outer Ring Road corridor, one of the country’s most sought-after commercial destinations. Together, the facilities add approximately 1.11 lakh square feet of office space to Dev Accelerator’s portfolio and will accommodate more than 1,200 professionals.

One of the key properties is situated at Lakeshore Drive, opposite Bellandur Lake, within a sprawling corporate campus that houses several multinational companies and global capability centres. The workspace is expected to become operational from August 2026 following an investment of around ₹10 crore towards interior fit-outs and infrastructure development.

The second facility is located at Prestige Featherlite Tech Hub, a modern commercial development designed around the increasingly popular Walk to Work concept. The project aims to provide businesses with convenient access to quality office infrastructure while reducing employee commute times and improving workplace productivity.

Industry experts believe Bengaluru continues to remain one of the strongest office markets in India, driven by the expansion of global capability centres, technology companies and enterprise occupiers. The demand for managed workspaces has also witnessed steady growth as businesses seek flexible and scalable office solutions.

According to Dev Accelerator, the expansion is expected to generate monthly revenues of approximately ₹2.2 crore while strengthening its ability to serve enterprise clients looking for high-quality managed office environments.
