Disney India Leases 1.75 Lakh Sq Ft Office Space at RMZ Ecoworld in Bengaluru

Disney India has leased 1.75 lakh square feet of office space at RMZ Ecoworld 2.0 in Bengaluru’s Bellandur area, in what is being seen as one of the largest commercial real estate transactions of 2026.

The office space has been taken on a five year lease and carries a total rental commitment of approximately ₹127.84 crore. The new facility is located in Bengaluru’s prominent Outer Ring Road technology corridor, a location that continues to attract leading multinational corporations and Global Capability Centres due to its strong infrastructure and access to skilled talent.

The leased premises are situated within RMZ Ecoworld 2.0, a Grade A commercial development known for its modern office infrastructure and connectivity to key business districts including Whitefield, Sarjapur Road and Electronic City. The business park is also surrounded by established residential communities, educational institutions and social infrastructure, making it an attractive destination for global companies looking to expand operations in India.

The transaction highlights the continued strength of Bengaluru’s commercial real estate market. Industry observers note that large occupiers are increasingly choosing Bengaluru for technology, engineering, content management, analytics and business support operations. The city’s growing ecosystem of multinational firms and GCCs has helped sustain demand for premium office spaces despite global economic uncertainties.

Disney India’s decision to secure a large office footprint reflects the company’s long term commitment to the Indian market. India remains one of the most important growth markets for media, entertainment and technology companies, offering access to a large talent pool and expanding digital economy.

The deal also reinforces the growing importance of Bengaluru’s Outer Ring Road corridor, which continues to witness strong leasing activity from global corporations. With metro connectivity expected to improve further in the coming years, demand for premium commercial spaces in the corridor is likely to remain robust.

The transaction adds to a series of major office leasing deals recorded in Bengaluru over the past year and further strengthens the city’s position as India’s leading commercial real estate and technology hub.
