Casagrand Launches Aquagrove And Glenmere Residential Projects In Chennai

Chennai-based real estate developer Casagrand has announced the launch of two new residential communities in the city, further expanding its presence across the luxury apartment and villa segments. The company has introduced Casagrand Aquagrove in Madhavaram and Casagrand Glenmere in South Chennai, targeting homebuyers looking for lifestyle-led housing with better space, connectivity and community features.

Casagrand Aquagrove is being positioned as a premium waterfront resort-style luxury apartment project overlooking the scenic Puzhal Lake in North Chennai. The project is located in Madhavaram and spans 6.7 acres. According to the company, it is planned as Chennai’s first waterfront promenade development facing the expansive 4,500-acre Puzhal Lake.
