Casagrand Launches Moondance Residential Project In Bengaluru With 504 Apartments

Casagrand has launched Casagrand Moondance, a new residential project in Bengaluru, as demand continues to rise for low rise housing communities with larger open spaces, better ventilation and lifestyle focused amenities. The project is located off Mysore Road and comprises 504 two and three BHK apartments spread across 8.6 acres.

The development has been planned in B plus ground plus four floor low rise structures, giving homebuyers a more open and community oriented living environment. Casagrand Moondance includes 71,500 square feet of thematic courtyards and nearly 4.5 acres of open landscaped areas, making open space one of the key highlights of the project.
