NDR Warehousing has marked a significant milestone in its southern India expansion strategy with the inauguration of a modern warehousing and industrial park at Aluva, near Kochi. Developed through its subsidiary NDR Space Pvt Ltd, the project represents an investment of approximately ₹250 crore and is expected to strengthen logistics capabilities in Kerala.

The newly launched facility is strategically located to serve as a key logistics hub, catering to the growing demand for efficient supply chain infrastructure across industries. With Kochi emerging as an important commercial and industrial centre, the project is expected to play a crucial role in supporting regional trade and distribution networks.

According to the company, the development is likely to generate employment for around 300 people, both directly and indirectly. This is expected to contribute to local economic growth while also enhancing industrial activity in the region.
