Stonecraft Group Unveils 110-Acre Temple Town Township at Yadagirigutta

Stonecraft Group has announced a landmark integrated township project named Temple Town at Yadagirigutta in Telangana. Spread across 110 acres, the development is positioned as one of the region’s most ambitious residential townships, combining the spiritual essence of the Lakshmi Narasimha Temple with contemporary urban living. With an estimated revenue potential of ₹1,100 crore, the project is set to redefine community living near one of Telangana’s most prominent pilgrimage destinations.

Temple Town has been carefully conceptualised to honour the cultural and spiritual identity of Yadagirigutta while meeting the lifestyle aspirations of modern homebuyers. Of the total 110 acres, 90 acres will be dedicated to premium residential plots, expected to generate around ₹500 crore in revenue. Another 20 acres will feature a thoughtfully designed senior living enclave with 333 independent homes, contributing nearly ₹600 crore. This dual-component approach ensures that the township caters to both family-centric buyers and senior residents seeking peaceful yet well-equipped living environments.

Located close to the redeveloped Lakshmi Narasimha Temple, the project draws significant inspiration from Telangana’s architectural and spiritual legacy. The temple’s recent large-scale makeover has transformed the town into a thriving religious and cultural hub, which in turn has led to improved infrastructure and increased demand for residential development in the region. Stonecraft aims to leverage this momentum by creating a township that balances tranquillity, accessibility, and long-term value.

Temple Town will be developed as a gated, green, and self-sustained community. The layout includes wide cement-concrete roads, terracotta paver pathways, landscaped spaces, and complete underground utility systems for water, electricity, and drainage. Purpose-built temples, recreational zones, and a wellness-focused clubhouse will further strengthen the township’s identity as a spiritually rooted yet modern habitat.

Future connectivity to the township is expected to receive a boost through the proposed extension of the Hyderabad MMTS rail network, positioning the location as an emerging residential hotspot. Stonecraft Group, already active across 335 acres of sustainable developments in Hyderabad, continues to expand its footprint across growth corridors such as Shamshabad, Indresham and Yadagirigutta. Temple Town stands as its most spiritually anchored and culturally significant venture to date.
