Ensemble Infrastructure India has kicked off 2025 with a strong project haul, winning new contracts totaling nearly 500,000 sq. ft. across key cities in Q1. Valued at over Rs. 50 crore, these projects underscore a rising client demand for future-ready workspaces that blend business intent with long-term flexibility.

The company’s new portfolio includes:

  • 3,00,000 sq. ft. of design consultancy for Mapletree Singapore’s Global Infocity Park
  • 1,00,000 sq. ft. civil and interior work for workspace operator WorkEz in Bengaluru
  • 30,000 sq. ft. design & build project for TaskUs’ new Mohali facility
  • 30,000 sq. ft. corporate office design & build for Kothari Group in Mumbai
  • 20,000 sq. ft. design consultancy for Ather Energy’s innovation workspace in Bengaluru

All projects are slated for completion by September 2025 and span diverse sectors and delivery formats, highlighting Ensemble’s versatility from consultative roles to turnkey execution.

The strong project wins mark a 50% year-on-year jump in volume for Ensemble Infrastructure, doubling the 24% growth recorded in the same quarter last year. This surge reflects a fundamental shift in how clients approach workspace strategy — prioritizing larger, faster, and more strategic engagements aligned with evolving business needs. Key demand drivers include IT-enabled services (ITES), banking and financial services (BFSI), global capability centers (GCCs), and major Indian corporations investing in spatial transformation.

Vikas Rathod, MD & CEO of Ensemble Infrastructure, said, “Organizations are now aligning their space strategies closely with business priorities, engaging us early with clear, purposeful briefs. Our 50% revenue growth target for FY26 depends on these high-quality partnerships and deeper client conversations that go beyond traditional design.”

To keep pace, Ensemble is expanding its delivery capacity across high-growth regions, investing in capabilities that integrate spatial design tightly with business goals. As businesses rethink the purpose of physical spaces, Ensemble is positioned to be a strategic partner in creating environments that create long-term value.
