Over ₹1,000 Crore of Sales in Godrej Properties First Hyderabad Project

Godrej Properties Ltd has already made a robust entry in the Hyderabad real estate market, achieving home sales of ₹1,000 crore-plus in its maiden project—Godrej Madison Avenue. On March 25 the company said it had made sales of approximately 0.84 million square feet of residential space at the project in Kokapet, a top Hyderabad neighborhood.

Godrej Madison Avenue, which was launched in January 2025, is located on Golden Mile Road and has excellent connectivity to the Outer Ring Road, Financial District, Gachibowli, and HITEC City, among other major destinations. It is going to be a popular choice for potential home buyers as residents will have easy access to reputed schools, healthcare, retail and lifestyle amenities.

Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO of Godrej Properties, said, “We are thrilled by the phenomenal response. “We are very happy with the success of our project in Hyderabad. The widespread demand for high-end residential projects in Kokapet is indicative of the huge growth prospects within the city. We are focused on growth here, and we will be opening our second project here shortly,” he said.

In another deal, Godrej Properties recently purchased 10 acres of land in Yelahanka, Bengaluru, which has the potential of generating revenue of ₹2,500 crores. The proposed project will consist of 1.5 million square feet of premium residential blocks, as well as high-street retail space.

Godrej Properties’ stock has had a volatile ride as well in recent months. It ended the previous trading session at ₹2,192.05 per share, up 2.24%. The stock is up 10.3% in the last month, but it’s down 21% in 2025 to date.

Godrej Properties has also solidified its position in India’s real estate market with the stellar performance of Godrej Madison Avenue and expansion plans in multiple cities.
