CREDAI to Host Three-Day Property Exhibition in Madurai

The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) is hosting a three-day property exhibition, Fairpro 2025, at Tamukkam Convention Centre on January 31. The three-day event has been designed as an all-around platform for home buyer real estate enthusiasts and industry professionals.

With over 40 prominent property developers set to participate, this exhibition will showcase varied real estate offerings from affordable housing to luxury villas and apartments. S.R. Muthu Vijayan, president of the CREDAI Madurai chapter, said this event would showcase the best from the market while catering to the diversified needs of aspiring property buyers.

In addition to the property displays, major banks and financial institutions will be available to provide special home loan consultations and financing options. Visitors will also have the opportunity to interact with vendors from the construction material sector, further enhancing the appeal of the event to investors and buyers alike. Joint Secretaries Zaid Omar and Alagappan highlighted that this would be a one-stop destination for anyone looking to make a property investment or purchase.
