Smartworks Expands Hyderabad Footprint with Major Lease in DLF Cyber City

Smartworks, a prominent managed workspace provider in India, has further sustained its presence in Hyderabad by leasing over 0.22 million sq. ft. of office space in DLF Cyber City, Gachibowli. With this expansion, Smartworks’ total footprint in the city now stands over 1 million square feet, furthering its mission to offer premium coworking solutions.

Smartworks’ new centre in Hyderabad is its fourth facility in the city, which complements its locations at Purva Summit (Raidurg), Galaxy (Kondapur), and Raheja Mindspace (Madhapur), and is located in Block 3 of DLF Cyber City. The centre is strategically located on IT Corridor and is in the proximity of HITEC City, Outer Ring Road, metro stations and the airport, making it an ideal workspace for businesses.

Increasing demand for flexible workspaces

Commercial space vendors also reported a demand for fully-managed office spaces in Hyderabad due to the increase in workforce across sectors, including IT, BFSI, and startups. Commenting on the expansion, Neetish Sarda, Founder of Smartworks said,
