Prestige Group Records Highest-Ever Half-Yearly Sales of ₹18,144 Crore in H1 FY26

Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has delivered a record-breaking performance in the first half of FY26, achieving its highest-ever half-yearly sales of ₹18,144 crore — a remarkable 157% year-on-year growth that has already surpassed its full-year performance for FY25. The company’s strong showing was driven by robust demand across Bengaluru, NCR, and Mumbai, backed by premium realizations and steady project launches.

In the second quarter of FY26 alone, Prestige reported sales of ₹6,017 crore, marking a 50% increase compared to the same period last year. Sales volumes rose 47% year-on-year to 4.42 million sq ft, covering 2,069 housing units. The average realization for apartments increased by 8% to ₹14,906 per sq ft, while plot prices surged 43% to ₹9,510 per sq ft. Quarterly collections stood at ₹4,213 crore, reflecting a strong 54% growth, highlighting continued customer confidence and healthy cash inflows.

For the first half of FY26, total sales volumes touched 13.96 million sq ft, accounting for 6,788 units sold. Average realizations for apartments were ₹13,769 per sq ft, up 6% year-on-year, while plots averaged ₹8,425 per sq ft, showing a 17% rise. Collections reached ₹8,736 crore, up 55% from the previous year — further underlining Prestige Group’s operational strength.

During Q2 FY26, the developer launched 3.87 million sq ft of projects with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹3,967 crore. Cumulatively, the company launched 18.81 million sq ft in H1 FY26, valued at ₹17,592 crore. Bengaluru, NCR, and Mumbai remained key contributors to this strong performance.

In the office segment, gross leasing during Q2 stood at 2.3 million sq ft, with an impressive occupancy rate of 93.42%. The retail portfolio also performed well, recording ₹624 crore in turnover, with 99% occupancy and projected FY26 exit rentals of ₹272 crore.

Irfan Razack, Chairman and Managing Director of Prestige Group, said the results reflect “the strength of the Prestige brand and the enduring appetite for quality real estate across India.”
