Hilton has strengthened its presence in India’s hospitality sector with the launch of Slohh by Roach, a 221-key hotel in Bengaluru that marks the country’s first Curio Collection by Hilton property. Located in Whitefield, one of Bengaluru’s fastest-growing business districts, the hotel has been developed in partnership with Bengaluru-based real estate company Roach Lifescapes.
The opening reflects Hilton’s growing focus on India’s premium hospitality market, where business travel, global capability centres (GCCs), technology companies and leisure tourism continue to drive demand for high-quality accommodation. Whitefield has emerged as one of the city’s most important commercial hubs, making it a strategic location for Hilton’s latest expansion.
Designed with inspiration from Karnataka’s Malnad region, the hotel blends contemporary architecture with locally influenced interiors and natural materials. The property offers seven categories of rooms and suites, including the Malnad Presidential Suite, while several rooms overlook Varthur Lake and the Bengaluru skyline.
The hotel also features extensive business and event infrastructure. Its flagship venue, The Banyan, is a 5,000 sq. ft. pillarless ballroom capable of accommodating up to 600 guests. The venue is complemented by a 3,000 sq. ft. pre-function area, meeting rooms and a dedicated boardroom, making it suitable for conferences, corporate events and social gatherings.
Guests can access a range of wellness facilities, including a temperature-controlled outdoor swimming pool, a 24-hour fitness centre, a hammam and a full-service spa. The dining experience is led by Nana’s, an all-day restaurant serving Karnataka’s regional cuisine alongside Indian and international dishes.
The launch also marks the debut of the Curio Collection by Hilton brand in India, further expanding Hilton’s premium portfolio in one of its fastest-growing markets in Asia. Company officials said the property has been designed to offer guests an experience rooted in Bengaluru’s culture while maintaining Hilton’s global hospitality standards.
With India’s hospitality sector witnessing sustained growth, particularly across major technology and business destinations, the opening of Slohh by Roach is expected to further strengthen Bengaluru’s position as a leading destination for business travel, meetings, conventions and premium leisure stays.
