Hyderabad’s real estate sector is set to witness one of its biggest property exhibitions this year as CREDAI Hyderabad announced the return of the CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2026. The three-day event will be held from August 28 to 30 at Hall 1 and Hall 3 of the HITEX Exhibition Centre, bringing together leading developers, financial institutions and prospective homebuyers from across the region.

The exhibition will feature more than 100 RERA-approved residential and commercial projects, offering visitors an opportunity to compare multiple developments at a single venue. Apartments, villas, plotted developments, gated communities and commercial properties from reputed developers will be showcased during the event.

CREDAI Hyderabad has chosen the theme “Rate Aagadhu – Demand Thaggadhu” for this year’s property show, highlighting the city’s strong real estate fundamentals and sustained buyer demand. According to the organisation, Hyderabad continues to attract both end-users and investors due to its expanding infrastructure, thriving IT sector and improving connectivity, which continue to support long-term property value appreciation.

Speaking about the event, CREDAI Hyderabad President N. Jaideep Reddy said the exhibition is designed to help buyers make informed decisions by providing direct access to verified projects and developers. Visitors will also have the opportunity to interact with leading banks and housing finance companies to understand loan eligibility, interest rates and financing options on the spot.

The event will also include discussions involving government officials, industry experts and real estate research agencies, offering insights into Hyderabad’s evolving property market and future growth prospects. These sessions are expected to help buyers understand current market trends before making investment decisions.

CREDAI Hyderabad President-Elect B. Jagannath Rao said transparency and credibility remain the foundation of the exhibition, with every showcased project carrying RERA approval. He noted that demand in prime locations continues to remain strong, supported by infrastructure development and consistent residential absorption across the city.

Over the years, the CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show has emerged as an important platform connecting developers and homebuyers while promoting transparency in the housing sector. With a wide range of verified projects, financial assistance and expert guidance available under one roof, the 2026 edition is expected to attract thousands of visitors looking to purchase homes or explore investment opportunities in one of India’s fastest-growing real estate markets.
