Casagrand has announced the launch of Casagrand Frontier, an integrated industrial and warehousing park in Coimbatore, strengthening its presence in Tamil Nadu’s rapidly growing industrial real estate sector. Strategically located on the Palladam–Cochin Frontier Road, the project is designed to cater to businesses engaged in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, e-commerce and regional distribution.

Spread across 23 acres, Casagrand Frontier offers a development potential of approximately 4.73 lakh square feet. The project has been planned to meet the evolving requirements of industrial occupiers seeking modern infrastructure, efficient connectivity and long-term operational flexibility. The development features Grade-A industrial buildings with plug-and-play infrastructure, allowing businesses to establish operations with minimal setup time.

One of the project’s biggest advantages is its strategic location. Casagrand Frontier enjoys direct access to State Highway 163 and seamless connectivity to National Highway 544, enabling faster transportation across Tamil Nadu and neighbouring states. The park is situated around 20 kilometres from Coimbatore International Airport and approximately 160 kilometres from the nearest seaport, making it suitable for domestic and export-oriented businesses.

The industrial park also includes wide internal roads designed for smooth container movement, title-clear land, developer-led infrastructure and more than 30 industrial and employee-focused amenities. These facilities are expected to enhance operational efficiency while supporting the day-to-day requirements of businesses and their workforce.

Located within the Coimbatore–Tiruppur manufacturing belt, Casagrand Frontier provides companies with access to one of South India’s strongest industrial ecosystems. The region is known for its engineering expertise, skilled workforce, established supplier network and thriving manufacturing base, making it an attractive destination for industrial investments.

With the launch of Casagrand Frontier, the developer aims to provide future-ready industrial infrastructure that supports business expansion and supply chain efficiency. As demand for organised industrial and warehousing spaces continues to rise across India, the project is expected to attract manufacturers, logistics operators, third-party logistics providers and e-commerce companies looking for a well-connected industrial base in western Tamil Nadu.
