AirBrick Infra has expanded its operations across India as part of its plan to strengthen its commercial interiors and workspace solutions business. The company has opened regional offices in Noida, Bengaluru, Surat, Mumbai and Delhi to improve client servicing, project execution and local market reach.
With this expansion, AirBrick Infra now operates across more than 65 Indian cities. The company is also building a stronger execution network for commercial interior projects, managed offices, co-working spaces, retail formats, healthcare facilities, institutional infrastructure and enterprise workspaces.
The company has set a revenue target of ₹150 crore for FY27. According to AirBrick Infra, the target is supported by growing demand from enterprise clients, improved operational systems and wider market access across India. Each city office will function as an independent business centre with dedicated teams for business development, execution and customer support.
Sanjeev Bhandari, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AirBrick Infra, said the expansion reflects the company’s focus on supporting businesses that are growing across multiple cities and countries. He said the company’s revenue roadmap is backed by technology systems, execution capabilities and rising demand for modern workspace solutions.
India’s Global Capability Centre expansion is also expected to create strong demand for commercial infrastructure across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Gurugram, Pune and Chennai. AirBrick Infra said this trend is opening new opportunities for workspace planning, design and turnkey execution.
The company is using AI-enabled space planning, 3D visualisation, project tracking and technology-led execution systems to support commercial projects. Its service model includes design consultancy, MEP consultancy, procurement, turnkey execution and project management.
AirBrick Infra is also building relationships with Indian and international managed office operators expanding in India and Gulf markets. The company plans to strengthen its presence in Asia and the Middle East as demand for flexible, efficient and technology-enabled workspaces continues to grow.
Founded in 2023, AirBrick Infra said it has delivered more than 10 lakh square feet of workspace and commercial infrastructure projects across India and international markets.
