G Square Group Partners with JSW One Homes to Simplify Home Construction for Plot Buyers

Chennai-based plotted real estate developer G Square Group has partnered with JSW One Homes to make the transition from buying a plot to building a house more convenient for customers. Under a memorandum of understanding (MoU), JSW One Homes will serve as the home building platform partner for G Square, connecting plot buyers with a technology-enabled construction platform.

The collaboration comes as homebuyers increasingly look for greater clarity on construction costs, material choices and project planning before beginning work on their properties. By bringing plotted real estate and home construction services together, the partnership aims to help customers approach the building process with better information and a more structured plan.

Through the arrangement, G Square plot buyers will be able to access JSW One Homes’ platform to support their home construction requirements. The platform is designed to bring different stages of construction into a coordinated process, while helping customers understand costs and make decisions based on their budgets and preferences.

A key focus of the partnership is cost visibility. Building a house involves several decisions, from selecting materials and specifications to planning expenditure across different stages.
