WeWork India has expanded its flexible workspace presence in two major office markets, opening new centres in Bengaluru and Pune as demand for managed workspaces continues to grow across key business hubs.

The company has opened WeWork Infinix Palladium in Whitefield, Bengaluru, and WeWork Millennium Towers in Wakad, Pune. Together, the two centres add around 2.25 lakh sq. ft. of workspace and more than 4,500 desks to WeWork India’s portfolio.

The expansion strengthens the company’s presence in Bengaluru and Pune, two markets that continue to attract enterprises, global capability centres (GCCs) and growing businesses. The new centres are designed to offer a combination of private offices, meeting rooms and technology-enabled workplace infrastructure.

At Infinix Palladium, members can access facilities including a recovery room, gym and game zone. The centre is positioned to provide a workplace environment that goes beyond conventional office space, with amenities aimed at employee wellbeing and engagement.

Millennium Towers in Wakad is part of a larger technology park ecosystem. In addition to workspace facilities, members can access sports and recreational infrastructure, a crèche, event spaces, cafés and more than 75 dining options within the wider development.

According to WeWork India, the new centres are intended to bring workplaces closer to areas where business activity and talent are concentrated. The company said its expansion strategy is focused on creating work environments that can adapt to changing business and workforce requirements.

The latest openings also add to WeWork India’s broader network across the country. The company currently operates in eight cities with more than 1.33 lakh desks.

The flexible workspace sector has increasingly become an important part of India’s commercial real estate market, with businesses seeking greater flexibility in office requirements. Enterprises and GCCs, in particular, are using managed workspaces to scale operations while maintaining access to fully equipped offices and workplace amenities.

With the addition of the Bengaluru and Pune centres, WeWork India is further strengthening its footprint in established office markets while expanding its capacity to serve companies looking for flexible and managed workplace solutions.
