Prestige Estates Projects has expanded its residential development pipeline in Bengaluru with the launch of two new housing projects that together have an estimated revenue potential of ₹2,850 crore.

The projects are being developed across different parts of the city, adding to the Bengaluru-focused residential portfolio of the real estate developer.

The larger of the two developments is Prestige Parklane, a new residential project in Devanahalli. Spread across 12 acres, the project will comprise 1,788 homes and has a saleable area of 1.7 million square feet. The project carries an estimated revenue potential of ₹1,750 crore.

Devanahalli has emerged as an important residential and infrastructure growth corridor in North Bengaluru, supported by expanding connectivity and development activity. The launch adds another sizeable residential project to the area’s growing housing pipeline.

Prestige Estates Projects also launched another housing development last week. The 10-acre project will comprise 655 premium apartments and has a saleable area of 0.93 million square feet. The development has an estimated revenue potential of ₹1,100 crore.

Together, the two projects account for a combined saleable area of around 2.63 million square feet and 2,443 homes. Their combined estimated revenue potential stands at ₹2,850 crore.

The latest launches come as Bengaluru continues to remain a key residential market for large developers, with demand spread across established neighbourhoods as well as emerging growth corridors. The two projects also add to Prestige Group’s broader development pipeline in the city.

Prestige Group has a diversified real estate portfolio covering residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and integrated township developments across major Indian cities. As of June 2026, the group had delivered 319 projects spanning 216 million square feet.

The company’s latest Bengaluru launches underline the continued focus on residential development, particularly larger projects with substantial saleable areas and premium housing offerings.

For homebuyers and investors tracking Bengaluru’s residential market, the two developments add significant new inventory across the city’s evolving housing landscape, with Devanahalli representing the location of the larger project.
