Awfis Space Solutions has reported a strong start to the 2027 financial year, with revenue and profit recording significant growth during the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
The company’s consolidated revenue from operations increased 27% year-on-year to ₹424.92 crore, compared with ₹334.70 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Total income, including other income, stood at ₹448.88 crore, up from ₹353.04 crore a year earlier.
Profit for the period more than doubled to ₹23.96 crore from ₹9.98 crore in the year-ago quarter. The improvement comes as the company continues to focus on its core co-working and allied workspace services.
The company’s core co-working space and allied services segment generated revenue of ₹351.55 crore during the quarter, with segment results at ₹30.46 crore. The construction and fit-out projects segment contributed ₹73.38 crore in revenue and ₹3.23 crore in segment results. The segment has been classified as a discontinued operation.
On a standalone basis, Awfis reported revenue from operations of ₹350.16 crore, compared with ₹274.71 crore in the same quarter last year. Standalone profit increased to ₹22.58 crore from ₹8.94 crore.
The company’s Design and Build undertaking is being transferred to its wholly owned subsidiary, Awfis Transform Private Limited, under a Business Transfer Agreement approved by the board in December 2025. The completion timeline has been extended to the end of calendar year 2026, with the final consideration to be determined based on an updated valuation report.
During the quarter, Awfis allotted 22,695 equity shares following the exercise of employee stock options under its 2015 stock option plan. It also granted 61,830 fresh stock options to eligible employees under its 2024 employee stock option scheme.
The latest numbers come at a time when demand for flexible workspaces and managed office solutions continues to evolve across India. The company’s performance highlights the growing contribution of its core workspace operations, while the planned restructuring of its Design and Build business is expected to further sharpen its focus on the co-working segment.
