Innov8 has strengthened its position in India’s fast-growing managed workspace sector by acquiring Vatika Business Centres, a move that significantly expands its footprint across key commercial markets. Although the financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed, the acquisition adds 11 premium business centres located across New Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Pune, Chennai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad to Innov8’s portfolio.

The acquisition comes at a time when demand for managed offices and flexible workspaces continues to grow as enterprises, startups, GCCs and large corporates increasingly seek agile workplace solutions. Businesses are now prioritising operational flexibility, lower capital expenditure and premium office infrastructure, creating strong momentum for managed workspace operators.

With the addition of Vatika Business Centres, Innov8 gains immediate access to strategically located commercial properties in some of India’s most active office markets. The expansion is expected to strengthen the company’s ability to serve enterprise clients seeking premium office environments supported by technology-enabled workplace services and flexible leasing models.

According to Innov8, the acquisition aligns with its long-term strategy of building one of India’s leading premium coworking and managed workspace platforms. The company believes the integration of Vatika’s established business centres with Innov8’s design-led approach will create operational synergies while enhancing customer experience.

Industry experts note that India’s flexible workspace market is entering a new phase of consolidation, with operators increasingly pursuing acquisitions to expand their market presence. As office occupiers continue adopting hybrid work models, demand for managed office spaces is expected to remain robust across major metropolitan cities.

Gaurav Bhalla, Managing Director of Vatika Hospitality, said the transaction creates opportunities to deliver enhanced value through a broader workspace portfolio, improved technology integration and access to a larger network of premium business centres.

The acquisition further reinforces Innov8’s growth strategy as the company continues expanding across India’s commercial real estate landscape. With stronger presence in Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and other major business hubs, Innov8 is well positioned to capitalise on the country’s evolving office space requirements and the sustained growth of the managed workspace industry.
