
BlackBuck reported a strong financial performance in the fourth quarter of FY26, supported by steady growth in its core truck operator services business and improved operating momentum across its digital trucking platform.
The Bengaluru based logistics technology company posted revenue from operations of ₹185.43 crore in the January to March quarter, compared with ₹121.81 crore in the same period last year. Revenue also improved sequentially from ₹171.78 crore in the previous quarter. Total income for Q4 FY26 stood at ₹199.57 crore.
BlackBuck reported a net profit of ₹65.73 crore during the quarter, compared with ₹31.72 crore in the previous quarter. The quarterly profit included a deferred tax credit benefit of ₹28.59 crore. Excluding this benefit, the company’s profit stood at around ₹37 crore, reflecting stronger business performance.
Truck operator services remained the main growth driver for BlackBuck. The segment contributed ₹183.53 crore in revenue during the quarter, accounting for almost the entire operating income of the company. The lending business contributed ₹2.14 crore.
The company’s total expenses rose to ₹159.21 crore in Q4 FY26 from ₹95.1 crore a year earlier. Employee benefit expenses remained the largest cost component and increased nearly 24 percent to ₹40.8 crore.
For the full financial year ended March 2026, BlackBuck’s revenue from operations increased 52.7 percent to ₹651.97 crore from ₹426.73 crore in FY25. Total income for the year stood at ₹714.60 crore.
The company also returned to profitability at the annual level. Profit before tax stood at ₹167.48 crore, compared with a loss of ₹282.92 crore in the previous year. Net profit for FY26 came in at ₹160.34 crore against a loss of ₹8.66 crore in FY25.
BlackBuck’s balance sheet strengthened during the year, with consolidated total assets rising to ₹1,736.31 crore as of March 31, 2026. Total equity stood at ₹1,421.86 crore, while cash and cash equivalents were ₹91.56 crore.
The results indicate stronger demand for digital trucking solutions and continued growth in India’s logistics technology market.
