The upcoming hotel is expected to open in the first quarter of 2029 and will cater to the growing demand for business hospitality in the region.

Located near Chennai, Sriperumbudur has rapidly evolved into one of Tamil Nadu’s most prominent industrial and manufacturing hubs.
