Brigade’s BuzzWorks Leases 550-Seat Workspace to MyComplianceOffice in Hyderabad

In a recent development, BuzzWorks, the managed workspace arm of Brigade Group, has leased a 550-seat office space in Hyderabad’s Mindspace Business Park to regulatory technology firm MyComplianceOffice (MCO).

This transaction marks a significant milestone for BuzzWorks in Hyderabad, taking its total leased office space in the city to approximately 1.1 lakh square feet. The deal reflects the growing demand for managed and flexible workspaces among global enterprises looking to scale operations efficiently in India.

MyComplianceOffice, a Dublin-based compliance technology firm, established its India operations in 2023. In a short span, the Hyderabad office has emerged as the company’s largest global facility, underlining India’s importance in its long-term growth strategy. The newly leased workspace is expected to support various global functions, including product engineering, product management, customer success and artificial intelligence-driven compliance initiatives.

Industry experts note that Hyderabad has become a preferred destination for technology and financial services firms due to its robust infrastructure, talent pool and business-friendly environment.
