Embassy Developments Limited has recorded a strong sales performance with the sale of more than 500 residential units at Embassy Verde Phase II, the company’s latest housing offering within the large Embassy Springs township in North Bengaluru. The project generated sales of approximately ₹495 crore within just four days of launch, reflecting continued demand for well-planned residential communities in Bengaluru.

Embassy Verde Phase II is located within the expansive Embassy Springs master-planned development near Kempegowda International Airport. The location offers convenient access to key employment hubs in North Bengaluru while also providing residents with access to social infrastructure and lifestyle facilities within the township.

The rapid sales momentum highlights the growing preference among homebuyers for integrated township living. Buyers are increasingly looking for residential communities that combine housing, open spaces, schools, and lifestyle amenities within a well-managed environment.

Reeza Sebastian Karimpanal, Chief Revenue Officer for Residential at Embassy Developments Limited, said the response to the project demonstrates the strong demand for communities that offer security, convenience, and quality living. She noted that many buyers are prioritising neighbourhoods where everyday needs, education, recreation, and green spaces are available within a single ecosystem.

Embassy Verde Phase II has a saleable area of about 7.38 lakh square feet and includes 702 residential apartments. The project offers a mix of one, two, two-and-a-half, and three-bedroom homes ranging in size from around 601 square feet to 1,344 square feet. The apartments have been designed to maximise natural light, ventilation, and functional living spaces.

The development forms part of Embassy Springs, a large 288-acre integrated township in North Bengaluru. The community features more than 100 lifestyle amenities, over 45 acres of landscaped green spaces, and an internal road network spanning nearly 18 kilometres. The township also includes Embassy Academy, a CBSE-affiliated school, along with various recreational and lifestyle facilities.

North Bengaluru continues to remain a key growth corridor for Embassy Developments. The company has already launched projects with an estimated gross development value of about ₹4,300 crore in the region during FY26 and plans additional launches with an estimated value of around ₹12,500 crore in upcoming phases.

With strong infrastructure development, proximity to the airport, and growing employment hubs, North Bengaluru is expected to remain one of the most active residential real estate markets in the coming years.
