Brigade Group Leases Over 1.56 Lakh Sq Ft Office Space at Brigade Twin Towers in Bengaluru

Bengaluru based real estate developer Brigade Group has leased more than 1.56 lakh sq ft of premium office space at its commercial project Brigade Twin Towers to two multinational companies. The company confirmed the development in a statement, highlighting continued demand for well planned office environments in Bengaluru’s growing commercial corridors.

The leased space is located at Brigade Twin Towers in Yeswanthpur, a rapidly developing business district in the city. The office spaces have been taken up by MANN+HUMMEL Filter Private Ltd, the Indian subsidiary of Germany headquartered filtration technology major MANN+HUMMEL, and Labcorp, a global leader in laboratory services and healthcare research.

According to Brigade Enterprises Limited, the quick leasing activity reflects the increasing preference among global companies for modern office campuses that offer accessibility, efficient design and integrated business infrastructure.

Nandakumar OP, Chief Operating Officer for Office Spaces at Brigade Enterprises Limited, said the strong response to the project demonstrates how companies are seeking high quality workplaces that can support business growth while offering employees a productive work environment. MANN+HUMMEL stated that its new workspace aligns with the company’s commitment to innovation and sustainability. The new office has been designed to promote collaboration across teams and enhance operational efficiency.

Labcorp also highlighted the advantages of the new facility, stating that the modern infrastructure and campus style environment will support its expanding research operations in India while improving the overall employee experience.

Brigade Group currently manages more than 10 million sq ft of office space across India. The company is also planning additional commercial developments in key cities including Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Trivandrum and Kochi.

Recently, Brigade signed a lease agreement for a seven acre site on Chennai’s Old Mahabalipuram Road where it plans to develop a large mixed use project featuring over one million sq ft of Grade A office space along with a 225 key five star deluxe hotel.
