The company announced the development in an exchange filing, highlighting that the project will offer a total development potential of five lakh square feet. The upcoming project in Begumpet is expected to generate revenue exceeding eight hundred crore rupees, reinforcing Brigade’s long term strategy of strengthening its real estate portfolio in key metro cities. Begumpet remains a preferred location for homebuyers due to its strong connectivity, proximity to commercial corridors and established social infrastructure. This development comes at a time when Brigade Enterprises has posted a strong financial performance in the second quarter of FY26. The company reported a consolidated net profit of one hundred and sixty three crore rupees, marking a year on year increase of 36.5 percent compared to the same period last year. The revenue for the quarter rose to one thousand three hundred and eighty three crore rupees, supported by healthy sales traction across its real estate projects.

Brigade also recorded net bookings of 1.90 million square feet during the quarter, equal to one crore ninety lakh square feet in Indian terms. The total sales value from these bookings touched two thousand and thirty four crore rupees, while collections remained steady at two thousand and three crore rupees. This consistent performance reflects the strong brand trust the company enjoys among homebuyers and investors.
